Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie has announced a return to the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), the party he left in the build-up to the 2019 general elections in Nigeria.
The actor cum politician announced his return to APGA via a statement on his Twitter handle on Monday.
He wrote: “Back to APGA. Nkea bu nke anyi!.”
Yesterday, in the company of my beautiful wife, May Yul-Edochie. Nteje ward 5 APGA Chairman, Ikenweilo Kenneth Tochukwu, and my People Kelvin Okonkwo, Chioma Emenike, Kenneth Ejiubu.”
CableNews authoritatively gathered that the veteran actor cum politician rained curses on the People’s Democratic Party, PDP over what he called negligence and mis-governance while they held away as the ruling party for 16 years of democracy in the country.
CableNews recalls Edochie who earlier contested for the 2017 governorship race in Anambra state, defected from the All Progressives Grand Alliance to the Peoples Democratic Party in December 2018.
